what is your version of atom、OS、autocomplete-paths、autocomplete-plus？
Also if restart atom will fix this?

No. I have restarted Atom and it didn't fix this.
Atom is v0.158.0, Windows 8.1 x64 bits, autocomplete-snippets, autocomplete-plus, autocomplete paths and autocomplete plus async.

There's defijitely something strange going on with autocomplete-paths; I have spent some time digging into the current implementation to change it, but it might be another day or two before I complete that.
We probably also need a windows CI build and tests for Windows paths.

It really is weird. It never begins typing the path correctly, but sometimes (not all times) when I'm nearly finished writting a path it points to the correct file.
