Incompatibility between atmosphere releases and jetty releases not documented about atmosphere HOT 4 CLOSED

AFAIK, use Jetty 7.2. Thats what I've been using. I had trouble with 8.

I had been told that there were problems with atmosphere 0.7.2 and more recent versions of Jetty 7 and Jetty 8 and that atmosphere 0.8-SNAPSHOT fixed this problem, so I am using atmosphere 0.8-SNAPSHOT.

However, from testing I have found that 0.8-SNAPSHOT does not work with Jetty 8.0.0.RC0 but does work with Jetty 8.0.0.M3. Or at least, in so far as it has fixed one problem I was having, as I'm still having more!

Which version of atmosphere are you using with Jetty 7.2?

I'm using 7.2. Though I haven't been into it for a few months. At the time,
i used it for Comet and Websockets with my own client js.
