Support setting timer for power off timeout about xpadneo HOT 3 CLOSED

Yeah I think we can send some idle events to the controller from time to time to avoid shutting down, I know that windows does that since i captured the communication yesterday - but I am not sure if those events really stop shutting down (will have to verify that).

I already tried this "shut down when leaving big picture mode" option in Windows, but even if Steam offers that option, it doesn't work there (at least not on my hardware). But it is maybe possible to use some sort of corrupted package to make the gamepad crash, i will do some research on that.

Update:

• The controller shuts down even while busy doing FF effects,
• The packet captured in Windows (which I mentioned above) was nothing but a "stop all FF effects" package to all possible controller addresses (not a "stay alive" as I thought previously)
• I tried some packages which are reported to crash the controller - but none of them worked so far.

I don't think that it this is possible via bluetooth. Closed until I find a way (or any of you).
