Is there a reason this is using an older version of envelop core?

looks like this is outdated version that should be updated. feel free to submit a PR if you've a time, otherwise someone will take a lead on that a bit later
thanks

After playing around and making some changes I wasn't able to get it working via examples I found
https://the-guild.dev/graphql/envelop/v3/guides/migrating-from-v2-to-v3#2-drop-usetiming-plugin
Looks like when I upgraded envelop/core
it broke this
so I dug a little deeper and I realized this package needs to be updated to v3 https://the-guild.dev/graphql/envelop/v3/guides/migrating-from-v2-to-v3
