👍 I don't think there needs to be an option. CSSO is better so just replace it.

I tried giving it a quick go, but I have some failing tests that indicate that csso behaves different than what we expect in a few cases. It seems to remove duplicate properties, which I recall is a feature for adding fallbacks.
It also seems that the runtime of csso is longer than cssmin.
The two other test failures I didn't understand right off the bat, and I'm putting this on ice atm because I'm not feeling well

The issue was that csso doesn't preserve the semantics of multiple definitions of the same CSS property in a rule, which leads to all sorts of problems: css/csso#186 css/csso#161

Closing this for now. I'm willing to open it up again when CSSO has improved
