Looks like a cli bug. When you restore for net46, none of the dependencies are being restored. The dependencies are restored when you target necoreapp2.0 though.

Actually I think this is because we are only targeting netstandard1.6 in the metapackage. We may need to cross-compile to net46.

We might just want to make the meta-package only target netcoreapp2.0 to avoid this whole mess. It's really only intended to be used on that platform anyway.

.All package now targets netcoreapp2.0 and should be a conditional package dependency in MusicStore @kichalla
