This is just my own continuation of Lockette by Acru Jovian. Copy and paste "fork" of the Lockette 1.6 and PluginCore 1.3.2 by Acru (GitHub).

Bukkit: "Fix": Prevent damage by the void, teleport to highest block or spawn location of the world, kick/remove player if offline.
