Apple has not yet implemented WebRTC in their browser so you simply can't access to your webcam device. AR seems compromised for these devices

So why there's a camera_para-iPhone 5 rear 640x480 1.0m.dat on the code?

This file is not related to browser but to the intrinsic parameters of a camera. As long as a camera exists, you can calibrate it and build this .dat file.
This file can be used for iPhone when you build an application for instance because this is the only way you can access your camera. You can also use it for another device (Android for instance). The only difference is that the .dat file may not correspond exact calibration of your camera. The result of this is that your tracking won't be as precise as if you has used its own .dat file.

It seems works on OSX on Chrome and on Firefox. Not on Safari

just an update WebRTC capability is available now thanks to iOS 11 - this could prolly be closed now.

Yes working on iOS 11 now inside Safari. No support for Media API for other browsers in iOS though
