You can change the position of all notifications only.
But, remember you can change position dynamically.

this.position of type SnotifyPosition (import form ng-snotify) is what you need.
From example, i have a method setGlobal which changes global options

setGlobal() {
    this.snotifyService.setConfig({
      bodyMaxLength: this.bodyMaxLength,
      titleMaxLength: this.titleMaxLength
    }, {
      newOnTop: this.newTop,
      position: this.position,
      maxOnScreen: this.dockMax,
      maxHeight: this.maxHeight
    });
  }

and i call it before each toast creation.
