I'm a junior software developer from Brasov, Romania, and an IT Application Developer at Ipsos Interactive Services.

My projects

I'm passionate about Rust and web app development. Here is what I've worked on so far:

• Rummy Nights - a rummy score counter written in Rust, using Dioxus and Tailwind CSS, deployed as a PWA (progressive web app) available here, or as an app on Google Play.

• Tailwind CSS plugin for Dioxus - a Dioxus CLI plugin written in Lua, that runs Tailwind CSS after each change in your Dioxus web projects so you can quickly test and see your styling changes without manually running commands.

I'm a firm believer in open-source, so I've been learning the ins and outs of it by contributing back to Dioxus a few times:

• I helped test and polish the (currently WIP) plugin system for Dioxus CLI, rewriting the download_file() function, and adding a prebuild stage needed for my Tailwind CSS plugin.
• I created two example PWA projects for Dioxus, one using Trunk as a build/bundle system, and the other using Dioxus CLI.
• Also on Dioxus CLI, I implemented the "--open" parameter which opens your web app directly after starting the CLI server.

At work

At Ipsos, I maintain and improve the online survey programming for their InnoTest product, designed to help companies evaluate the potential success of new product ideas or concepts before they are launched in the market. I also help with maintaining templates (written in a specialized dialect of VBScript/Visual Basic) and tools (written in Python) used by our production teams in creating online surveys.
