@screamerbg : From what I understand the problem is with the glue-repository concept. If I check out just the staging repository like https://github.com/meriac/mbed-os and do a neo.py sync, it git rm's all the libs without asking.
The expected behaviour could be one of the following:
- ask the user before deleting stuff
- force a download of the missing repos
- get the master hash remotely, avoid unnecessary downloads
from mbed-cli.
