Commented on #53 confirming that the edit for applicationset/finalizer access resolved the problem here

Hi @jbaskeen, I think the error is from the git generator. Can you try to use the current master? I think it was solved in #51

After pulling the latest of master, rebuild/redeploying the image, and re-applying applicationset-crd I am getting the following...

Looking around myself to see if there is something about roles relating to finalizer access
