This is happening because the create() method does not write the ARA identity files to the disk. This will be resolved in PR #20

@cckelly Now you can call the util.writeIdentity(Identity) method to write ARA Identity Files to local disk after creating an Identity using create() method.
This should allow ARA ID's to be resolved locally without the need for archiving it or needing an archiver/resolver network node running.
