Huh, I took a look at the code for InboundSmsHandler again, it looks like Google changed deleteFromRawTable from package-private to just private in Nougat. Must have missed that when I was updating the module. Will fix later today, thanks for reporting.

Please try this build (should fix that silly mistake): NekoSMS-release.zip

I'm shooting in the dark here since I don't have any phones running Nougat with Xposed, so if it still doesn't work please post your logs again :-)
