Add Hugo example about up HOT 7 CLOSED

I was sticking them in ./examples, but some of them are getting a bit large, worth keeping out

yea that's basically all it is, not sure if it's even worth having the example. The out of the box experience with Hugo is still a little weird, template-wise etc, hard to get it to do what you want.

@tj To me, Hugo is my best experience with SSR. But yeah, plenty solutions for a static hosting out there. Should keep up on diet
