[UI Feature] Add Support for dragging in the trace panel about skywalking HOT 8 CLOSED

I am not sure about the color as pink, others seem good.

The three colors are just for convenience of description, I'll adapt it to the theme color of skywalking, with blue and white color scheme as the foundation.

Pop back is good, but notice, that if it keeps in auto-hidden mode, there is a chance users can't click the item in time, before the list is hidden again.

One more suggestion, you should make sure the segment list(left panel) showing out when users apply for the query. Otherwise, the hidden part would be confused. So, how to interact with the hidden feature should be considered.

My idea is that if and only if the left panel is fully collapsed, it will pop back to the default position after searching.

Dragging capability has been implemented, but there are still some details that are being worked on.
