256M available RAM... definitely get yourself a new device. Or play in PC instead, that's the option too.

There is no crash log attached; that is a normal startup log. I cannot help you.
256M available RAM
The "available RAM" that Java reports on startup is very misleading. It does not indicate total available RAM on the device.

That is last_log.txt not crash_log.txt.

The crash log includes the last log in it - if there is only a last log, then no crashes were handled the application, meaning the issue is related to native code or memory. I cannot help with that.
