I remove my nvm, reinstall nodejs (v4.4.0) and angular2-seed work without errors.

@KostyaTretyak I can't reproduce your issue. The app bootsraps fine here. Could you try a clean install?

But still
ERROR in ./src/polyfills.ts
Module not found: Error: Cannot resolve module 'core-js' in /var/www/angular2-seed/src

I think this is related to the --inline flag or something in that area. Removing the flag makes the thing run again. Webpack is still a bit of a mystery to me, but it looks like it may be related to this.
