For this I suggest implementing the user-controlled tile-size, as is done in Castro advection.

Another option is to simply add, e.g., "fabarray.mfiter_tile_size = 8 8 8" to the inputs file. This will set the global default, so more work will be required to have different tile sizes for different MFIter loops.

Implemented tile size output to job_info file. For now we can use the global setting, e.g., "fabarray.mfiter_tile_size = 8 8 8", in the inputs file.
