Are you logging in the app around the same time? Make sure you have followed https://github.com/amosyuen/ha-tplink-deco#login-credentials.

No useing a different account for the app and i can log in to the web UI with the credentials used

Solution found...I totally read over the leave the username as admin part. Which apparently i didnt but for some reason had to reinstall and I forgot.
