nooz, you don't know unix. i'm begging you to read the debian unix-like navigation manual lol, i think i've even recommended it to you before https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/debian-reference/ch01.en.html
"Manual" 🤓
manuals are lame, who cares if you break something 😎

@mobilegmyt I'll send you my amogos consept if you stop being bad at making an os

The lesson is to not let 12 year olds manage projects
from amogos.
While I don't quite agree with some of those, I do respect that that is your opinion. Best of luck on your fork.
from amogos.
Also breh this is a funi dum meme OS based on dumb old video game no one plays anymore not Ubuntu lol

What a nice and formal way to say you want to take over a dumb os from two bored teens because you think its not good enough
This "SusOS" is just a random regular distro with a hint of among us, you might aswell just make a regular distro
Come on its amogos, this os is and always will be a meme/joke
Who cares if its bad?

honestly in the long run you have caused nothing but drama for your own personal gain
ironic i know but your the one that started first

one thing that I've never liked is the constant "give us money pls uwu"
like what's the money actually used for? definitely not development, since there is no development, this is just riced Debian with a lot of bloat
it's most likely not going to your website either - the domain is very likely $12 or less a year and I'm pretty sure you're using a free host or piggybacking off of someone else's

Its used to pay artists, like peek. Every donation and withdrawl is counted for and public to view on OpenCollective page. There's most much else we can do with the money anyways, none of us have bank accounts to cash them out to.

the electric cost for making a youtube video is less than $1, why do youtubers have ads in their vids?
(i don’t get/use the money, saying this simply cuz i find your statement funi)
from amogos.
what's peek being paid for when they've left the project and not made any new things in a long time? it's literally the equivalent of lighting your money on fire at this point

I did arrange for peek to be paid, He hasen't left the project, still a "part" of it just not as active as before. The payment was for making the old wallpapers, and also for making a new one but he has not gotten back to me yet. The money could also be used for future artists and paying proper devs once I find one.

most of the money goes to Google and not the actual creator
ok but still? my point still stands

to support their channel financially as an incentive to continue their creation of content. there's no active development on AmogOS and everything just happens in like 3-day intervals where someone wants to add the next piece of bloatware to the system.
from amogos.
yeah i know but that’s a different thing tho
from amogos.
Actually I also don’t like the constant monetize attempts but you can’t really say they’re wrong for providing ways for people to support their work
from amogos.
wait wern't you the person who added the opencollective button to the site
from amogos.
yep and you threatened me with p***s in dm to do that ok lmao

Hey what the only person I blackmail in DMs is Moon
from amogos.
we may not like it but no one is forced to donate
also transparent numbers here: they received $40.02 total donations in open collective, after the taxes and fees there’s only $30.81 left. And that’s with the 20 dollars nooz threw in himself included smh
from amogos.
The 20$ was from merch profits, I believe each merch item is set to earn a max profit of 1$ and some items were set even lower.
from amogos.
Actually I also don’t like the constant monetize attempts but you can’t really say they’re wrong for providing ways for people to support their work
if your os breaks when you create a new user you shouldn't have an opencollective page. you can't use "it's a joke" as an excuse for the os being bad and then ask people to give you money lmao.

- i didnt use 'it's a joke' as an excuse, if it's bad it is bad
- giving ways to support doesn't require the thing to be good, again who said you need to donate
if your os breaks when you create a new user you shouldn't have an opencollective page

People make stupid decisions all the time. If they make the stupid decision to support AmogOS, it doesn't change the fact that they invested on a bad project and that the project itself is enabling that investment.
from amogos.
It's up to them to decide what they waste their own money on. They can throw their money to the trash can or put them onto fire if they're happy about that

I don't realy see this going anywhere... so yeet

They could be as dumb as jeff bezos with their money, people get to decide. that doesn't relate to your point

- I did not remove the original post.
- This project is, without a doubt, very dead.
- This is merely a Sussy rip-off of Debian 11 Buster , I had no intention of making it a mainstream OS.
- I don't have any objections to this Fork.
I wish you and the team a very good luck ahead 👍🏼

The original announcement on this was deleted by Moon, so I had to wait until he was asleep.
Oops sorry I didn't see that, I deleted it to avoid drama and arguing for nothing really.
