- Makefile: excluded the WbMan demo from the AmigaOS4 build, because it references a no longer existing directory. This refs #39.

The WbMan demo has been removed from future releases, although its source code remains for reference.
Regarding the NewStuff demo please make sure that you have bzip2.library, btree.library and z.library installed. Some classes require these and the complete application creation will fail if any of these is missing. I think I will have to check for these libraries explictly to be able to print out an appropriate warning.

I have them, all of them are already present in "MUI/Libs" folder:
bzip2.library 53.4 (20-Mar-2014)
btree.library 53.1 (6-Jun-2013)
z.library 53.1 (5-Jun-2013)

Who said they should be put into MUI/Libs? As being plain *.library files and not strictly being MUI libraries they should of course directly go to LIBS: instead.

That is the consequence of a bug in a previous version of the Installer script. The current one correctly places them in LIBS: instead.
