Can't change domain for DICOM Web services about imaging-ingestion HOT 2 CLOSED

@draiberg wadoServiceExternalEndpoint is automatically looked up from the address of the WADO KService. If you run

kubectl -n <ns> get ksvc

you can see the address generated by knative service. The reason why you are seeing example.com domain may be because you have that in knative deployment. IIRC, knative uses example.com as the default domain. But you should be able to customize it. Please take a look here for more detals: https://knative.dev/docs/install/serving/install-serving-with-yaml/#configure-dns

You can also see the ingress address of the STOW kservice using the same above command and you can connect it to it from your client.
