Sorry about the delayed response. The bindings are generated with some really hacky C++ code that I have to tweak for each library generated. Unfortunately, it can only handle functions, and I've been doing structs by hand. I've been looking into the Clang source for a way to generate bindings in a nicer way that would work for bigger libraries (like the Windows API), but haven't really had the time to dig deep into it. For now I can add these macros as functions to 'xinput.rs'.

Did you try using bindgen for the X11 libs? It covers functions, structs and enums. It doesn't do anything with macros at the moment - and there isn't a fully general way of handling those. I started looking into writing a tool to help with simpler cases - eg. constant defs and simple expressions.
