NotImplementedError when using .display() about altair_viewer HOT 3 CLOSED

This appears to be a compatibility issue with Python 3.8 and tornado on Windows: tornadoweb/tornado#2608

I suspect you can fix this either by upgrading tornado, downgrading Python, or using a different operating system.

As an alternative: I started to use the Jupyter integration in Pycharm with the same renderer where the problem does not occur. Maybe it does not use Tornado? I don't know.
