It make sense to have a fallback language. I didn't think of it because what I did was copy the translation of english for example and translate each value, so the untranslated values would still be in english.

I'll try to add a "fallbackLocale" parameter

So fallbackLocale gets set. However if I delete a key in e.g. the `de` locale that is still present in the `en` locale, I still get an empty string.
