Threat definitions should be separated from raw events, which should only keep associated threat ids. Severities are defined by threats (the one sent in events is simply max over all threats). Threats should be delimited with the same delimiter as flags, e.g.:

timestamp;ip;record_type;domain;threat1,threat2;flag1,flag2

and then keep definitions for threat1 and threat2 somewhere else.
