The Timeline should work fine with images without defined size. In that case the Timeline will first draw the image, and once the image is loaded, it redraws it again with the final size. Providing the size of images has preference, as this will immediately draw the events with their correct, final size, not causing any resizing/restacking afterwards.
How do you exactly load your data into the Timeline?
