I think you are right. And the library was created to support Net Standard And NetCore, so basically a user can use it for Windows App Or Xamarin App.

Currently tests are using an instance of .NetCore WebApp application. So the "only thing" to do is to create tests that will use a WindowsApp And Xamarin App instance to have all scenario correctly tested.

I start changing my code to use your fallback instead of my implementation.
After using my plugins each days with a log of translation coming from external resources, I face too much time the exception for non key found for this translation...

This break the application for nothing. But I still log information in console to advert user about issues with translation keys.

I also change CurrentCulture to CurrentUICulture.

Next step is to change the code to be used in any application type.
