Change default output to current working directory. about torrentfile HOT 3 CLOSED

For the time being I have added a new command line argument to the torrentfile create command.

Using --cwd or --current switches the default save location to the current working directory.

Additionally if the torrent fails to save due to permission errors, It will now always try the current directory before failing outright.

If the -o/--out option is discovered it will take precedence.

I still plan to make this the default behavior just not immediately.
