Dispatch and utorrent. about dispatch-proxy HOT 6 CLOSED

When the proxy starts, make sure that it is using both your interfaces. It should list two local addresses under the proxy type and address.

The HTTP proxy port defaults to 8080 and the SOCKS proxy port defaults to 1080. You might have been running both in parallel.

It is running on both interfaces right now,however i need to start both http and socks5 to be able to trick utorrent to work with threaded proxy (dispatch proxy) .. i ve made few tests and i couldnt pass ~150kbps which is my maximum.. with method: protocol socks5 socks:1080 change to protocol http socks:1080 i manage to get up to ~320kbps .. And i did wait for client to connect to all seeders/peers.. This is the only solution that works for me right now.. I ve spent like 40 mins+ trying to run it "normally".

Are you setting proxy at the system level or at the application level?

application level. do you think i should set it to system level and just use regular http ? tho i believe it should be fine on app level..

Depends on how the application works. You could try to set it at the system level, or try to use a software like Proxifier to force the application to use a proxy.
