Probably, as long as you run rerun inside the same container. There are some performance issues with mounting filesystems across (real and virtual) hosts; you might have to use --force-polling
, and --ignore
any of your project dirs that have lots of irrelevant files.

i suggest to add the information to use --force-polling
in docker environments to the README. Maybe beside Vagrant or even as extra point.

Yes, i verified it on an Macbook Pro M2 using podman to manage the containers. It works. Therefore i expect using docker also works. (I will verify it using docker also and then update this commet)
