Probably, as long as you run rerun inside the same container. There are some performance issues with mounting filesystems across (real and virtual) hosts; you might have to use --force-polling, and --ignore any of your project dirs that have lots of irrelevant files.

Hi alexch,

i suggest to add the information to use --force-polling in docker environments to the README. Maybe beside Vagrant or even as extra point.

best regards
Norbert

@xneceo Good idea! Have you verified that it works okay? If so, I would be happy to add it to the README -- or even better, happy to accept a PR from you that does.

Yes, i verified it on an Macbook Pro M2 using podman to manage the containers. It works. Therefore i expect using docker also works. (I will verify it using docker also and then update this commet)

I will prepare an PR.

thanks for your work and best regards, norbert
