Inconsistent data for 2012 SITC Rev. 2 about oec HOT 2 CLOSED

I apologize for the confusion here, I believe the issue you're noticing is that we now prefix our IDs with their "community" or category ID. Thus, looking at Brazil's exports you'd notice their top export is "Iron Ore" - 512815. If you take the first 2 digits off you'll have the SITC4 rev. 2 ID (in this case 2815) that we've always used for the site. But don't worry the underlying data has not changed at all. I've created an issue (#33) for this.
