The first error is very easy to solve, just install msitools (apt install msitools)

The second error is related to the ga file, the ga file from the mozconfig folder in the Mercury folder is not copied to /root/mozilla-unified/

Copy it manually like this: cp ga /root/mozilla-unified/ga

Do you mind sending exact instructions what you did, what software and os you use, etc? Would be really grateful :)

@Joly0 I think I did everything as instructed, fixed those two errors, and everything went fine. I just had to run ./setup.sh again (there was an error with brands).

I also did rustup target add x86_64-pc-windows-msvc and I don't think I had any other problems. Write here, I may be of some help to you.
