hmm, in fact looking at it, do we need to retrieve /saved/searches
at all? It looks like everything that's required to determine whether the incident is expired is available by querying the kvstore alone (i.e. the alert name, alert time, and ttl)
from alert_manager.
I've worked around this by sharing the alert in the meantime.
