What version of python and pygubu are you running?
Maybe your pycharm project environment does not have pygubu installed?

pygubu-designer is 0.31.2 and not 0.26.1. Somehow pyCharm shows the wrong version, but tells me, that everything is up-to-date.
My App runs fine when running from Terminal.
