Problem with the makefiles - unable to make/compile about appsync HOT 2 CLOSED

ok, I've google that it is the theos (http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Theos) dependency, installed it however now the make give numer of compilation error, where first one is the:

• so I went to: http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Theos/Setup#Missing_Substrate_library and tried to follow the instruction of:
  scp root@[DEVICE_IP]:/Library/Frameworks/CydiaSubstrate.framework/CydiaSubstrate $THEOS/lib/libsubstrate.dylib
• but there no such file on iPad (ver4. iOS 7.1.2/Pangu1.2) to be copied into Mac's theos lib directory.

Actually, there is nothing under the /Library/Frameworks/ on my iPad:

You seem to be trying to compile this on an iPad. It's untested, and unsupported.

If you want a binary release, just get it from http://cydia.angelxwind.net/
