Hello, I want to find out the same answer. I found a branch called v3, but I don't know if is ready to run Vue 3. Thank you! and waiting for clarification.

Given the reduced community activity, the maintainer is not sure if support for Vue3 is needed. Due to historical reasons, the update of this warehouse has been almost stagnant. For the updated technology stack of Vue3, rewriting may be a better choice, but it is a huge workload.
If there is a need, I hope to see enough demand
from vux.
