Improve documentation around the web editor about knowledge-repo HOT 2 OPEN

Your understanding is correct as of the latest published version.

Restarting the server to show new posts was an artifact of the history of the knowledge repository; which has now been resolved. There's still some dynamics to work out (such as having a separate server manage the database and indexing; and actually updating the git repository server side), but the big block of reindexing automatically is now handled in #105 (which is now in master).

The web editor is a relatively new feature that's still in some amount of flux; so documentation is a bit scarce. We'll improve that soon; and your help is definitely welcome. I'll change the name of this issue to reflect this focus. @danfrankj, @earthmancash and @NiharikaRay are probably better qualified to talk about the goals of the web editor.
