According to the World Bank in Sweden the average emissions per capita 1976-2106 for Sweden was 265 metric tons, or an average of 6,45 tons/year.

However, the Swedish Environment Protection Agency shows a much larger value, with an average of 9,38 tons/year in the period 2008-2018 with a fairly similar trend as the World Bank (or 103 tons in total). Looking at the overlapping data (2008-2016), the Swedish EPA is on average 101% higher than the World Bank

I therefore add the factor of +101% to the World Bank Data in the period 1976-2007 = 446 tons.

This would mean 549 tons for the period 1976-2018 for me to offset.

I'll add 2019 data when I find it but 2020 and going forward I will calculate my estimated personal emissions instead since I am fairly confident it is much lower than the average now.

If someone knows better data sources than my rough estimation methods I'll be happy to revise.

@Abbe98 advised me on United Nations online platform for voluntary cancellation of certified emission reductions (CERs). I think I will choose that as my service unless I stumble on anything better.

One aspect that seems not included in your data above is the consumption of goods whose carbon footprint is formally assigned other countries, e.g. as per this chart. I am not sure about the numbers in there, as I would have expected them to be higher than your SEPA numbers.
