I have tried to login with Github, Google but I get this message and no email sent.
I also checked on the spam folder but nothing has arrived. is this normal? I have tried to register but getting email, username already taken.
Our hoster informed us today that they deactivated sending e-mails due to Spam suspicion. We are currently investigating that together with the hoster. Please stay tuned, we inform you about any news.

The registration is working again and you should have received the e-mail now.
