why got the error:'command failed' about gm HOT 3 CLOSED

Did you first try installing GraphicsMagick on windows?

Great,This is my carelessness caused,sorry.
First,I forgot install GraphicsMagick on windows;
Second,I don't update executable search path when finished install.
Now,it work good,thanks!
