Which error do you get? Which step doesn't work? During distance computation? Instrumentation? Fuzzing? What is your LLVM version?

It's more like I dont know how to prepare a simple C code into an instrumented binary to run with aflgo. How do you set targets? I didn't quite understand how it's done from the tutorial.

You can simply write a file BBTargets.txt that looks like this:

simple.c:123
my/folder/difficult.c:123

You can check which targets it found in the LLVM code by checking BBnames.txt and Ftargets.txt.
