Admin UI & PresetObj - Change/Move Require Taxonomies to one checkbox, and to a query switch (OR, AND) about advanced-post-list HOT 2 CLOSED

The taxonomy 'query switch' was added to APL_Query::set_query in 0.3 (w/ apl_query_mod branch), and it works for both the Post_Type/Taxonomies & Post_Parents.

Although, it may be a good idea to exclude Post_Parents from this filter. I don't know if this is even worth the effort to separate the two types in order 1) to force child pages (bypass Post_Type/Tax filter) and 2) to include other pages without the hierarchy in mind. Plus, this would just add more uses of wp_query, and the least amount of having to use wp_query the better; especially with large sites (1k+ posts).

Still a valid issue with the post type and taxonomy accordion. Moved to next subversion (0.4) milestone since database will require an update to be added.
