- No particular reason. I just started learning android development when I started this project and needed basic http module I can use to send data to the server. Please feel free to send a PR :)
- I wanted to implement an SMS broadcast receiver since the content provider doesn't always worked during my testing. Then we'll sync the data from database to the server once the device goes online.
