examples does not work in AE CC 2014.1 about samples HOT 12 CLOSED

Have you tried the CEP_HTML_Test_Extension_5.0 sample?

I did copy all of them in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/
They show up in the Extension menu (except for the ones I didn't change the manifest), but when I click on them, nothing happen.
And same for CEP_HTML_Test_Extension_5.0. Can I find a log somewhere to know what is happening ?

hum I just did, and now all the panels are opening. I don't understand why :( ?
I only added this : /usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c “add PlayerDebugMode String 1” ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.CSXS.5.plist

If panels are installed via Extensions Manager, a user has seen and accepted them as secure.

If panels are installed by just dropping them in the /Extensions directory, no user has ever approved them for use on that system.

Turning on Debug Mode makes AE not care about such things. :)

I'm new to extensions, just try to look if there are a good replacement for my scripts rather than using etsk/jsx/scriptUI stuff.

I've done this as per the instructions on the read me. Still experiencing the same issue after quitting and restarting Illustrator.

Is there something I need to do to get Illustrator to reload the plist file?

The plist can get cached so can you try killing the cfprefsd process. It will restart automatically.
