Initial Load - NOTES
- current load is done in index.html ( outside of router )
- logo does not match up with loading of app.component.ts Menu
Nav button - NOTES
- For animation to look smooth both need to have a position of absolute which is an issue. Need to find alternative solution
- slight scale down (~.95) with opacity change from 0 -> 1

Changed speed of animation and it starts at .5 instead of 0 smoothing it out.
