Implement Windows support about activitywatch HOT 8 CLOSED

A good start would be to set up AppVeyor.

I set up AppVeyor for aw-core yesterday and it passes all the tests so that's done.

Tried out aw-server and aw-watcher-afk today.

Two issues created:

• ActivityWatch/aw-core#24
• ActivityWatch/aw-watcher-afk#12

The only thing left is more extensive usage testing. aw-qt might also need a couple modifications to work well but that will have to wait until later (as it's not critical right now). Closing.

Reopening, managed to run a Appveyor-built aw-server and aw-watcher-window this morning.

aw-watcher-afk had some crash-on-start issue that should be resolved now.

aw-qt is not far from fixed either.

Fixed aw-watcher-afk yesterday in 560ca0a.

Found a bug in aw-server caused by a missing import of views in aw-core that lead to failure of the activity view in aw-webui. Likely leads to PyInstaller not including it when bundling.

• fix the above

aw-qt still has work left, but at the rest works now.

Everything should work now, will do some more testing of aw-qt on Windows in a day or two and then I'll close this issue.
