Did you look in the activiti-engine-5.14.jar Manifest file? I only see one entry there.

Search with a text editor org.activiti.osgi and check the manifest entry before.

My first search was wrong, I see it now. Really strange why it gets duplicated. When I remove the "additional" import in the pom.xml both entries are gone. So this is something to investigate further

Tijs, I have the same problem. Could this be the cause:

<Import-Package>org.activiti.osgi;resolution:=optional, ${activiti.osgi.import}</Import-Package>

${activiti.osgi.import} resolves to:
<activiti.osgi.import>${activiti.osgi.import.pkg}</activiti.osgi.import>

${activiti.osgi.import.pkg} resolves to:
<activiti.osgi.import.pkg>
org.activiti.*;${activiti.osgi.import.activiti.version},
${activiti.osgi.import.before.defaults},
${activiti.osgi.import.defaults},
${activiti.osgi.import.additional},
*
</activiti.osgi.import.pkg>

There you see org.activiti.* -> wouldn't this lead to org.activiti.osgi being imported? In that case there is a duplicate import because of the first statement.

The problem was that there was a double import in the Activiti root pom and the Engine pom. This is fixed on master.

Hello,
In addition to the previous problem in the activi-engine.jar MANIFEST file, I noticed that many of the imports that were optional in version 5.13 are mandatory now, for example junit, drools, etc. Which I don't think should be.
