We have to be carefull I'm not sure we want to keep creating new compiler items every time the is a new version of a compiler.. d2 versions of the dmd, and gdc are still called via dmd and gdc respectively. If we create an item for ldc2 does that mean that we also have to create items for ldc3, ldc4,ldc5 in the future? Maybe we should be updating ldc default config itself to support any new changes to the compiler commands. On another note maybe we should create a "custom" compiler option.. that way users can try out other new alpha / beta compilers without messing around with the "standard" compilers...

so by default there will be a pre-defined set (including default arguments etc.) of compilers - which can be extended easily - good idea! @michaelc37 I'll add it to the todo list :)

@Rafbill, I created an extra preset for ldc2 -- http://pastebin.com/Jid0r0gM .. I hope it fits well, haven't tested any of the configurations yet
